Prepared two batches of T2 Bacteriphages

One with labelled DNA (32p) & other with labelled protein (35s)

They were allowed to infect a bacterial population

Centrifuged

In one centrifuge tube supernatant was radioactive

In another centrifuge tube, Pellet was radioactive.
